We had the big zig and the grilled bacon cheeseburger had both the corn nuggets and the cowboy corn nuggets. EVERYTHING was Amazing. Meredith our server was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. 5 stars not enough for this slightly out of the way place!
We have never been disappointed. Good food, good drinks. But sometimes the service could be better. We were there a couple days ago and our server was a little crabby, but I think it was due to short syaffing.

We stopped in for a quick refreshment while riding our motorcycles in the Juvenile Diabetes fundraiser run.
Great little hidden gem in the hills. Food was great, very friendly staff, and the atmosphere/scenery was surpurb. The Big Zig Cheyenne sandwich was delicious!

Great service, very friendly. Nice atmosphere with views of Trempealeau River. We ordered pizza. It was ok. I think it was lacking in tomato sauce, though. Did the cook forget to put it on? I wish restaurants would indicate on the menu when appetizers are frozen and cooked. I wouldn't order if I knew that. Onion rings were a disappointment. Prices very reasonable and all in all, I would go back again.
We were pleasantly surprised by Stockyards. Great atmosphere! Great service! Burgers were good! We will be back to try the pizza next.
Thursday Prime Rib Sandwich for $7.75 is perfect, juicy, full of meat on Ciabatta bun.

Staff was attentive and polite, when not busy with guests they were all busy cleaning, prepping etc. But always had an eye on the guests. So refreshing to have such wonderful service an not a one was tied up with their phones
It’s a great place to stop when out on bikes . Beer is cold & food is hot . Fish fry is my recommendation on Friday.
